Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore is seeking a Forma solution expert to lead technical engagements, optimize workflows, and drive platform adoption.

You will design dashboards, support integrations with ERP/BI tools, and share best practices to help customers realize ROI from Forma in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry
• Experience supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology adoption in enterprise environments
• Experience creating data dashboards, reporting, or analytics using construction project data
• Experience supporting digital transformation or technology change initiatives within construction organizations
• Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and internal collaboration
• Experience with construction contractors, engineering firms, or BIM/VDC consulting organizations preferred
• Familiarity with construction technology ecosystems, including ERP systems, BIM tools, and project management platforms preferred
• Experience working with data integrations, APIs, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI preferred
• Passion for improving the construction industry through technology and better workflows
• Curiosity and analytical approach to understanding customer challenges and solving complex problems
• Comfort collaborating with stakeholders ranging from project teams to executive leadership
• Motivation to help customers achieve measurable outcomes and realize value from technology investments

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Forma, including platform capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities
• Lead technical customer engagements, analyze workflows, and design solutions supporting improved project and construction processes
• Configure and optimize Forma workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics for tracking adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes
• Support integrations between Forma and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies using APIs and data connectors
• Conduct technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions to enable scalable platform adoption
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute Customer Success Plan initiatives
• Map customer business initiatives to Autodesk capabilities and industry best practices to drive measurable ROI
• Share best practices, competitive insights, and customer success stories with the broader Customer Success organization
• Contribute to industry knowledge and thought leadership through collaboration, customer engagements, and internal knowledge sharing
