Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Design and evolve the overall technical architecture of retail information solutions (OMS, POS, distribution, finance).
• 7+ years of software development and architecture design experience, with at least 3 years as a Software Architect.
• Candidates with retail industry information system architecture experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design the overall technical architecture of retail information products (e-commerce OMS, store POS, distribution, finance) and drive its evolution; define cross-system integration schemes and data-flow standards.
• Lead key technology selection and core framework construction; own scalability, high-concurrency performance, security, and high availability; produce architecture design documents and technical decision records.
• Participate in early-stage requirement reviews; provide architecture assessment from technical feasibility and cost perspectives; assist project teams in resolving technical blockers during solution design, system configuration, and go-live.
• Establish and promote development standards (coding standards, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and alerting); guide the development team in implementing microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Keep tracking retail industry technology trends (omni-channel middle platform, data middle platform, intelligent replenishment, etc.); propose architectural upgrade recommendations aligned with business growth; lead technical debt cleanup and system refactoring.
• Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure architecture solutions match business needs and delivery pace, providing technical assurance throughout implementation.

About the Role
