Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in financial industry.
• At least 5 years in solution architecture roles within banking.
• Experience designing scalable, end-to-end architectures across channels, systems, middleware, and data warehouses.
• Experience integrating COTS products and cloud solutions is desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization; Java or .NET.
• TOGAF or cloud-architecture certifications are desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry.
• At least 5 years in solution architecture roles with familiarity in system and project implementation lifecycles within a banking environment.
• Expertise in designing scalable, resilient technical architectures, including end-to-end integration across channels, systems, middleware, and data warehouses.
• Experience in integrating commercial off-the-shelf products and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, and cloud computing services. Knowledge of system and network infrastructure is an advantage.
• Broad knowledge of banking technologies and systems, including industry developments and trends.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and programming in Java or .NET.
• Functional and operational knowledge in at least one of the following domains: payments, customer onboarding and AML (preferred), digital workflow, or data warehouse and analytics.
• Relevant certifications in TOGAF, cloud solution architecture, or similar are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
