Qualifications

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related field such as Psychology, and other relevant fields in Social Science.
• Good understanding of social work values and ethics.
• Experience through internships or placements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25–30 active cases per quarter.
• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention considering practice guides and organisational frameworks.
• Document and evaluate case outcomes and ensure timely reports.
• Participate in case conferences with partners and in meetings related to intake, triage and community work.
• Network with organizations and stakeholders for outreach and programme impact.
