CareCorner is seeking a Social Worker / Executive (Social Work) based in Admiralty, Singapore. The role covers casework, counselling, intake/triage, community outreach and group work within our FSC programme.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management of 25C&C active cases per quarter (low-moderate complexity).
• Conduct assessments, planning and intervention with integrated information.
• Conduct case conferences with partners and document outcomes.
