Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Sociology or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in social services, community and family work, case management and volunteer management is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse client groups.
• Empathetic, non-judgmental and culturally sensitive when working with individuals and families from different backgrounds.
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessment and intake.
• Support case management and programme delivery such as planning, intervention, and referrals under supervision.
• Prepare case recordings, social reports, ensure documentation and database are in place and updated.
• Assist in planning and facilitation of family workshops and community outreach activities.
• Perform administrative duties related to casework and programme operations including volunteer management, audits, data collection and analysis under supervision.
• Manage planning and execution of volunteer-led activities.
