Job summary

THE TENG COMPANY LTD. is seeking a Content Executive to drive its content across social and digital channels, with a focus on short-form video from scripting to final edit. The role is hands-on within the marketing team, collaborating with musicians, production, and other departments.

You will manage content calendars, write social copy, and support campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and aligned messaging across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR status required.
• 2–4 years of experience producing video content for digital platforms.
• Experience shooting/directing on location (events/live).
• Experience in arts/culture/entertainment or nonprofit is a plus.
• Proficient in mobile-first shooting and self-shooting without a full crew.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro/CapCut and color grading.
• Familiar with platform editing/publishing tools (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Scripting for social content: hooks, on-screen text, voiceover.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Portfolio showing end-to-end content ownership.
• Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and execution across social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Create and manage comprehensive content calendars for multiple channels.
• Write compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content initiatives and marketing channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Track trends in performing arts and conduct competitor analysis.
• Support content needs for campaigns ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Assist with budgeting, media kits, archiving, and other admin tasks.
