The role requires hands-on production, quick turnaround and strong collaboration with editors, designers and strategists. You will translate client briefs into social-first videos, manage shoot logistics and ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media content production.
• Ability to manage shoots from planning to delivery.
• Ability to adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative content ideas based on client briefs and target audiences.
• Translate messages into social-first content including short-form videos, reels and explainers.
• Develop storyboards, scripts and shot lists for production.
• Plan and execute social media shoots, including interviews and events.
• Edit short-form videos with platform-specific formatting and captions.
• Repurpose assets for different platforms.
• Manage content projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
