Job summary

SOCIAL LAUNCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Content Creator to understand client needs, plan content, and execute filming. You will not handle editing; our team handles post-production.

You will produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, plan shoots, direct talent, and coordinate with editors to ensure the final product reflects the client's brand and goals. Experience in content creation or videography is preferred, portfolio encouraged.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of social media content.
• Able to communicate confidently with clients.
• Creative and able to generate content ideas for different industries.
• Comfortable filming using cameras and/or smartphones.
• Basic understanding of composition, lighting and audio.
• Comfortable directing people in front of the camera.
• Able to manage multiple clients and content plans at the same time.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and keep up with social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Understand each client's business, products, services and target audience.
• Identify what the client wants to achieve through their content.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, requirements and feedback.
• Understand the client's brand, tone and preferred content style.
• Develop monthly content ideas and content plans for clients.
• Research relevant social media trends and content formats.
• Turn business objectives into engaging content ideas.
• Plan concepts, hooks, talking points, scripts and shot requirements. Prepare for shoots and ensure the necessary content can be captured efficiently.
• Execute video and photo shoots based on the approved content plan.
• Direct clients or talents during filming.
• Conduct simple interviews and guide clients who are speaking on camera.
• Capture engaging footage suitable for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Ensure sufficient footage and variations are captured for the editing team.
• Organise and hand over footage to editors.
• Provide clear editing directions and references.
• Review edited content to ensure it follows the original concept and client's requirements.
• Coordinate revisions when necessary.
