Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Social Media Content Specialist to manage day-to-day social media activities with a strong focus on X.

You will develop engaging content, schedule posts, and engage communities while leveraging AI tools to produce on-brand visuals and short-form videos.\n You will monitor trends, report performance, and collaborate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with our brand priorities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• 3+ years in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered content creation tools to produce visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media across channels, focusing on X content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Apply platform knowledge to create timely, engaging content that aligns with brand strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to generate platform-ready visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos meeting brand standards.
• Research and develop engaging social content tailored to platform audiences and brand priorities.
• Monitor trends and conversations, identifying opportunities for timely and brand-relevant content.
• Support weekly/monthly performance reporting using analytics tools and identify engagement improvements.
• Analyze published content performance and recommend format, messaging, timing, and creative approaches.
• Monitor conversations and sentiment, flag reputational risks to senior team members.
• Coordinate content assets, approvals, publishing timelines, and deliverables with agencies/partners.
• Follow social media processes and reporting frameworks, while seeking workflow improvements.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and content creation techniques to boost quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of Binance’s social media accounts, with a key focus on X, including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement in line with the established content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of X and its content formats, audience behaviors, community dynamics, and platform best practices, with experience creating engaging, timely, and culturally relevant content.
• Use AI tools as a core part of your content workflow to create platform-ready visuals, GIFs, memes and short-form videos that meet brand standards and drive engagement.
• Research, develop, and execute engaging social content, adapting ideas and formats to platform-specific audiences and brand priorities.
• Monitor emerging social media trends, relevant conversations, industry developments, and cultural moments, identifying opportunities to create timely, engaging, and brand-relevant content.
• Support weekly and monthly social media performance reporting using existing analytics and reporting tools, tracking key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and channel performance.
• Analyze published content performance and contribute recommendations on formats, messaging, timing, and creative approaches.
• Monitor social conversations, audience engagement, and community sentiment, flagging emerging issues and potential reputational risks to senior team members.
• Assist in coordinating content assets, approvals, publishing timelines, and deliverables with external agencies and partners.
• Follow established social media processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and content performance.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and content creation techniques, experimenting with new workflows to improve creative quality, production efficiency, and social media engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered content creation tools to produce static visuals, GIFs, memes and short-form videos, with examples of the results or impact achieved.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and execute successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media content creation and platform best practices, with X as a top priority.
• Good understanding of the crypto market, with an interest in staying current on industry trends and community sentiment
• Comfortable using social media analytics and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
