• Coordinate the collection and filming of local case studies or showroom materials in Singapore.
• Manage follower growth and maintenance, including comment interactions and direct message replies.
• Monitor overseas social trends and hot topics, adjust content direction promptly to improve communication effectiveness, and collaborate with the team on cross-regional operation projects to ensure localization and consistency of content.
• Evaluate operational performance through data analysis, continuously optimize content quality, and track video metrics (views, engagement rate, likes, conversion rate).
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each platform's community guidelines to prevent account restrictions or bans.
• Collaborate with the team on cross-regional operation projects to ensure localization and consistency of communication content.
