About the role

Kozen Sushi Bar is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role goes beyond posting on social media—we're looking for someone who can develop marketing strategies, create compelling content, generate innovative promotional ideas, and help grow our brand through impactful campaigns. You'll play a key role in increasing customer engagement, improving sales, and ensuring all content reflects the quality and standards of the Kozen brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and other relevant platforms.

• Brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional ideas that drive customer traffic and increase sales.

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, and promotional content.

• Design marketing materials including posters, digital advertisements, menus, and promotional graphics.

• Monitor social media performance and optimise content based on analytics and trends.

• Source, evaluate, and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators to ensure they align with the Kozen brand.

• Review all published content to maintain high standards of quality, branding, and consistency.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.

• Work closely with management to develop marketing initiatives that support business objectives.

About you

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the restaurant or F&B industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media platforms.

• Highly creative with the ability to generate fresh promotional ideas and marketing campaigns.

• Proficient in photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and content creation.

• Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

• Own photography and videography equipment is highly preferred.

• Experience working with influencers and managing brand collaborations is an advantage.

• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
