The role is rooted in Singapore’s food and social media scene, requiring you to pitch to media, coordinate with local creators, and produce engaging food content. You will shoot, edit, and rapidly publish short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) to drive footfall, while coordinating with restaurant operations to avoid peak hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of marketing experience within Singapore's F&B or hospitality industry.
• Experience building relationships with Singapore-based food/lifestyle KOCs and influencers.
• Proficiency in mobile/on-site shooting and editing for short-form videos (TikTok/Reels).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day outreach and booking of local food & lifestyle KOCs/KOLs for tastings and store visits.
• Maintain and expand a database of Singapore F&B creators across TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8.
• Create and execute short-form video content for menu launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Shoot on-site video content and edit for fast social media publishing.
• Draft media pitches, press releases, and coordinate invites for local media.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic and outgoing Marketing Executive to drive influencer marketing, public relations, and content creation across our three F&B brands in Singapore. This is not a back-office desk job. We need someone who lives and breathes Singapore's food and social media scene—someone who can pitch to media, coordinate with local creators, pick up a camera or phone to shoot food content, and rapidly edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) to drive footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day outreach, relationship management, and booking of local food & lifestyle KOCs/KOLs for tasting sessions and store visits
• Maintain and actively expand an up-to-date database of Singapore F&B creators across TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8
• Conceptualize and execute short-form video content (TikToks, Reels) for menu launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
• Handle on-site video shooting and editing independently, ensuring fast turnaround times for social media publishing
• Assist in drafting media pitches, press releases, and coordinating invites for local food journalists and media partners
• Support on-ground media tastings, store openings, and brand events
• Track campaign deliverables, promo code redemptions, and collate metrics/reports for performance analysis
• Coordinate closely with restaurant operations teams to schedule influencer visits smoothly without disrupting peak-hour services

About you

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, strictly within the Singapore F&B or hospitality industry
• Existing connections or a proven track record of working with Singapore-based food/lifestyle KOCs and influencers
• Demonstrable proficiency in mobile/video shooting and editing (using CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Deep familiarity with local dining habits and social media trends in Singapore
• Highly organized, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
