Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Specialist to develop engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You will plan, schedule, and manage calendars while ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.

You will collaborate with editors, designers, influencers and external partners to deliver high-quality content, monitor performance, and optimise strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of social media experience in retail or relevant.
• Degree in Marketing or an equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging digital content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Plan, schedule and manage content calendars across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely execution.
• Collaborate with editors, copywriters, designers, influencers and external partners to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
• Monitor social media and content performance, analyse engagement metrics and provide insights to optimise content strategies.
• Plan and coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing activities, including content quality and brand-safety checks.
• Create and edit social media and YouTube videos to promote PLC’s services, campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Support live-streaming strategy and operations, including content planning, run sheets, talent coordination, live engagement and post-stream analysis.
• Coordinate live-streaming activities with marketplace campaigns such as Shopee and TikTok, adapting to relevant platform updates and requirements.
• Track live-stream performance, viewer engagement and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support campaign planning, channel growth and adoption of emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Provide social media coverage and on-site support for selected weekend marketing, experiential and community events.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or an equivalent
• 3–4 years of social media experience in retail or relevant.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut and AI-powered video/content creation tools.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics.
• Well versed in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Shopee and YouTube).
• Hands-on experience in live streaming, influencer marketing and social media campaigns.

• Comfortable appearing on camera as a brand host when required.
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
