Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to messages and comments promptly, and maintain positive community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
  • Collaborate with the design and events teams to produce creative assets for campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy.
