The role emphasizes tracking performance, staying on trend, and supporting storytelling for brand awareness. ITE/ diploma holders welcome; flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for digital marketing and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Telegram, Little Red Book, etc.).
• Develop creative captions, hashtags, and visuals to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
