Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
Lead community management: engage followers, respond to comments, build relationships.
Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to stay on-brand and aligned.
Plan and execute paid campaigns including Meta Ads to drive reach and conversions.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates and competitors to keep strategies fresh.
Mentor junior team members to maintain quality across channels.
