You will experiment with AI tools to speed up workflows and take ownership of projects from concept to scheduling. The role covers multi-platform content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, and Facebook, with hands-on duties in graphic design and short-form video editing.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Short-form video editing experience with CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, Facebook).
• Adapt assets to different brand voices and guidelines.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm, draft copy, and generate visuals.
• Plan, draft, edit, and schedule posts ensuring consistent branding and aesthetics.
• Monitor engagement and platform trends to refine future content.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern to join our team immediately. In this hands-on role, you will help design, produce, and manage engaging visual and video content across multiple company brands. If you have a sharp eye for design, love experimenting with AI tools to speed up content workflows, and can take ownership of projects independently, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Content Creation: Create captivating content—including static posts, carousel graphics, short-form videos, and text posts—tailored for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, XiaoHongShu (小红书), YouTube, and Facebook.
  
• Multi-Brand Asset Management: Adapt tone, visual style, and brand voice across different company sub-brands and industries.
  
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Seedance 2.5, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI) for brainstorming, copy drafting, visual generation, and video editing to streamline production.
  
• End-to-End Execution: Ideate, draft, edit, and schedule posts while ensuring consistent branding and high aesthetic quality.
  
• Performance Tracking: Monitor post engagement and platform trends to optimize future content strategies.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Creative Streak: Strong aesthetic sense with experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  
• AI Proficiency: Comfortable and proactive in leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  
• Independent & Resourceful: Able to take ownership of tasks, manage deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
  
• Multi-Brand Flexibility: Comfortable switching gears to match diverse brand guidelines and target audiences.
  
• Platform Savvy: Familiarity with modern social media trends, formats, and best practices across Instagram, X, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
