Responsibilities include researching topics, scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing content performance. This role offers mentorship from founders and potential for continuation as a part‑time or full‑time position

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube formats.
• Good written and spoken English; comfortable filming with a phone or camera.
• Basic video editing skills and ability to develop hooks.

Social Media & Content Marketing Intern

We produce educational content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and our websites to help people better understand Singapore immigration.

We are looking for a creative and resourceful intern who wants hands‑on experience producing content for a real business—not merely observing from the sidelines.

What You Will Do

• Research Singapore immigration, employment and population topics
• Develop ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Write hooks, captions, short‑form scripts and content outlines
• Film videos featuring our founders, consultants and clients
• Edit short‑form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Repurpose long‑form articles and videos into multiple social posts
• Schedule and publish approved content
• Review views, watch time, engagement, clicks and leads
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, scripting and content repurposing
• Help build repeatable content formats and publishing workflows

What We Are Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, media, business or a related field
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social‑media formats
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable filming with a phone or camera
• Basic video‑editing ability
• Able to identify a strong hook and explain why content may perform
• Responsible, organised and able to meet publishing deadlines

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, WordPress, SEO or analytics tools is advantageous but not compulsory.
