Cintra Consultancy Pte Ltd. is seeking a versatile Content Creator to ideate, design visuals, and manage our online communities. You’ll support shoots, turn ideas into social-ready content, and help maintain a friendly voice across brand channels.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Team, stay on top of trends, and contribute to campaigns with multi-platform content. Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is a strong plus, and a contract of at least six months is preferred.

Formación

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
• Basic video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Strong written and spoken English with a friendly, natural tone; Mandarin is a plus.
• Creative, curious and quick to pick up new ideas; organised and reliable; open to feedback.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and what makes content work.

Responsabilidades

• Content ideation and trend jack ing.
• Contribute ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Monitor trends, formats, sounds and conversations; turn relevant ones into timely content.
• Pitch fresh references and ideas to the team.
• Shoot support: assist with camera, lighting, audio or props.
• Prepare equipment, shot lists and call times.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and photos as needed.
• Design social media graphics, carousels, stories and simple motion posts.
• Adapt visuals for different platforms and sizes.
• Follow brand guidelines and keep files organized.
• Schedule and post content across social media channels.
• Monitor and reply to comments, DMs and mentions in brand tone.
• Flag complaints or sensitive issues promptly; share monthly engagement updates.
• Adhere to timelines and coordinate with Production to keep pipeline on schedule.
• Stay updated on trends and platform best practices.
• Support other content, multimedia and communications projects.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on trends, formats, sounds and conversations, and turn relevant ones into timely content
• Pitch fresh references and ideas to the team
• Shoot support
• Support shoots as an assistant, covering camera, lighting, audio or props where needed
• Help prepare equipment, shot lists and call times
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and photos when required
• Graphic design
• Design social media graphics, carousels, stories and simple motion posts
• Adapt visuals for different platforms and sizes
• Follow brand guidelines and keep files organised
• Community management
• Schedule and post content across social media channels
• Monitor and reply to comments, direct messages and mentions in the brand’s tone of voice
• Flag complaints or sensitive issues to the team promptlyl>Share simple monthly engagement updates

• Support other content, multimedia and communications projects as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or equivalent design tools

• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and what makes content work
• Strong written and spoken English with a friendly, natural tone
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a strong plus
• Creative, curious and quick to pick up new ideas
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Available for a contract of at least 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Digital Media, Design, Marketing or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation or design
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar
• Basic motion graphics and sound design skills is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and design is a plus
