Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead for a household appliance retail/distributor group. You will drive social growth, content direction, and creator partnerships to build brand presence across retail and e-commerce platforms.

You will develop supplier-funded content opportunities, manage creator briefs, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maximize revenue and growth through strategic campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media content calendars, creators, KOLs, influencers, or brand partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social content for lifestyle, home, kitchen, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products.
• Able to translate campaign priorities and product selling points into content angles and creator briefs.
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers, brand principals, creators, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Strong eye for content quality across visuals, video, hooks, captions, and brand consistency.
• Able to review creator content and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Good understanding of engagement, reach, impressions, and content performance metrics.
• Commercial mindset to monetize paid content, supplier-funded campaigns, and brand collaborations.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and content deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly social media direction, content pillars, campaigns, and posting rhythm across channels.
• Own the group content calendar aligned with priorities, campaigns, product pushes, and seasonal opportunities.
• Develop content angles for lifestyle, home, kitchen, retail, and e-commerce products.
• Identify creators, KOLs, influencers, or content partners for each brand and campaign.
• Prepare creator briefs, talking points, product angles, and deliverable expectations.
• Coordinate with brand principals and suppliers on content opportunities, paid features, and supplier-funded campaigns.
• Package and coordinate paid content opportunities to generate additional revenue from collaborations.
• Support performance marketing with creator content and assets for paid ads and launches.
• Track content performance: reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, saves, shares, and sales impact.
• Maintain and review creator database: rates, history, quality, and suitability.
