PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated engineer to drive physical design for a variety of SoCs, from floorplanning to tapeout.

You will implement state-of-the-art methodologies including place-and-route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization, and physical verification. The role requires excellent communication and teamwork, the ability to prioritise, organise workloads, and meet deadlines while multitasking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in microelectronics or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own physical design flow for various SoCs from floorplanning to tapeout.
• Execute floorplanning, place and route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization.
• Perform physical verification and benchmarking of APR flows.
• Provide feedback to flow development team and drive scripting improvements.

Description du poste

Responsible for physical design, development for variety of SoC(System On Chip) and tapeout.

Execute state-of-art methodologies include, floor-planning, place and route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization, physical verification.

Doing benchmarking on Performance/Power/Area to validate the robustness of APR flow.

Enhance project efficiency by using scripting language like Perl, TCL, Python etc.

Provide feedback to flow development team for company flow enhancement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science and above degree with microelectronics background.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Be able to demonstrate you have the ability to prioritise, organise work, meet deadlines, multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork, able to work under pressure.
