Job summary

SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) professional to help plan, develop and operationalise the SOC at Eastern General Hospital. You will support clinic operations, workflows and service delivery to ensure an efficient patient journey across inpatient and outpatient services.

You will also provide secretariat support for meetings, prepare reports, monitor performance, and assist with capacity planning and digital initiatives to enhance access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior healthcare operations and staff management experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) operations and related healthcare roles is desirable.
• Knowledge of design thinking, change management, project management, digital transformation, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development and implementation of clinic operations, workflows and service delivery initiatives to ensure efficient resource utilisation and a seamless patient journey.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and support data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Contribute to capacity planning, manpower planning and the implementation of digital solutions that improve patient access and appointment management.
• Assist in staff development and training frontline staff as the SOC evolves, fostering a patient-centric culture.
