Job summary

Eastern General Hospital is seeking a proactive individual to join the Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) team. You will assist in planning, developing and operationalising clinic operations, workflows and service delivery initiatives to ensure efficient use of resources and a seamless patient journey.

Responsibilities include secretariat support for meetings, performance monitoring, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations or staff coordination is advantageous.
• Familiarity with design thinking, change management, project management, digital transformation, and process improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development and operationalising of clinic operations, workflows and service delivery initiatives.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and prepare reports/presentations.
• Monitor operational performance and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery.
