Job summary

TOURLIFE CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a friendly front-of-house team member for a Japanese soba restaurant on Boat Quay, Singapore. You will welcome guests, guide them to tables, take orders and deliver food and drinks with a focus on service.

You will plate dishes, maintain cleanliness, assist with cash register duties if needed, and relay order details to the kitchen. The role requires teamwork, strong communication and high hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an F&B kitchen setting.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers.
• Plating dishes.
• Assist with setting up the tables and clearing any dirty plates and utensils.
• Offer recommendations regarding the menu should enquired.
• Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
• Attend to cash register if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
