You should have prior F&B or customer service experience, strong communication and teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Join us for a dynamic, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or customer service experience is preferred.
• Friendly, service oriented and comfortable when interacting with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining good service standards
• Attend to guest requests and feedback professionally
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle cashiering when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Perform other service-related duties when assigned
