Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is hiring for a permanent planning role in the Changi area to support an airport infrastructure construction project. The candidate must have Primavera P6 experience and familiarity with 4D Synchro is preferred.

The role involves assisting the Planning Manager and producing construction programmes and progress reports. Mandatory software includes Primavera and MS Project, with a preference for 4D Synchro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera and/or MS Project is mandatory.
• Experience with 4D Synchro is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions.
• Develop construction programmes for the projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate relevant information for the implementation of the project schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stake holders.
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress.
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.

• Primavera P6 experience is mandatory.
