Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is assisting a Construction client to hire an Assistant Planning Manager for permanent, on-site work Islandwide.

You will develop, maintain, and update project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to timelines and resources in a busy project environment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in planning/scheduling within construction, and high proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years in planning/scheduling in construction.
• High proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard software.
• Monitor project progress against baselines, prepare regular performance reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and assess the impact of project scope changes on timeline, budget, and resources.
• Proactively adjust and revise project plans and schedules to mitigate risks and address project variations.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all project events, variations, and issues to support contractual and obligations management.

Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
