Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a construction planning professional for a permanent, full-time role in the Changi area. The job requires Primavera P6 experience and familiarity with MS Project; 4D Synchro experience is preferred.

Shuttle service is provided and the position is in a major airport infrastructure project. You will assist the Planning Manager, develop construction programmes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and prepare regular progress reports to track project

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is required.

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions.
• Develop construction programmes for the projects.
• Coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate information for the project schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain/update schedules, collect actual progress data and evaluate delays.
• Maintain records for events relevant to contractual claims.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
• Develop construction programmes for the projects
• Liaise and coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate relevant information for the implementation of the project schedule
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stake holders.
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or Construction Management.
• Mandatory Software: Hands-on experience with Primavera and/or MS Project.
• Preferred Software: Experience using 4D Synchro.
