Job summary

Achieve Group seeks an experienced Planning Manager in Singapore to oversee construction planning, programme management and progress monitoring for major building projects. You will develop comprehensive schedules, coordinate with PMs and site teams, and provide timely progress updates.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years of planning in construction, and strong Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil/Construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in building or civil construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and construction scheduling.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6, establish baseline schedules, monitor progress and identify critical path delays and programme risks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to track progress against project milestones.
• Analyse schedule variances and develop mitigation measures and recovery programmes where required.
• Prepare regular progress reports, programme updates and management dashboards.
• Support project teams in programme-related matters, including variations, delay assessments and extensions of time (EOT).
• Coordinate construction activities, resources and key milestones to support timely project delivery.
• Attend project meetings and communicate schedule risks and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Our client is an established A1 main contractor in Singapore with a strong track record in major building and construction projects. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to oversee construction planning, programme management and project progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6.Establish baseline schedules, monitor actual progress and identify critical path delays and programme risks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to track progress against project milestones.

Requirements

• Good understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis and progress monitoring.
• Experience in baseline programmes, delay analysis and recovery scheduling will be advantageous.
• Experience with an A1 main contractor or major construction projects will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working days: 5.5 Days

Salary : up to S$11,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
