You will manage performance across multinational clients and fronting solutions, lead a skilled team, and drive growth with brokers and clients to position Chubb as a leader in multinational programs.

You will collaborate with underwriters and sales teams to identify opportunities and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in underwriting, broking, multinational servicing or a related insurance leadership role.
• Good knowledge of multinational insurance programmes, captive solutions, fronting structures and the broking environment.
• Proven ability to lead and influence members of a team.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-country matrix environment with stakeholders.
• Recognised bachelor’s degree and relevant professional qualifications.

Job description

Purpose

The Global Services & Captive Fronting Solutions Manager, Asia is responsible for the management of Outwards/Produced and Inwards/Servicing performance with respect to Multinational clients and the delivery of timely / high-quality service. A core focus of this role is on Proposition Development & Profitable Growth, engaging with Brokers and Clients to position Chubb as a leader for Multinational Programs, to identify and assist in new opportunity development.They are also responsible for the management of Captive Programs and Alternative Risk Transfer solutions for Asia, bringing Chubb’s global capabilities to this region as it grows in importance. The role brings team leadership, with a proposition development and profitable growth focus, to be a key part of our Major Accounts Division Value Proposition.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the multinational and captive portfolio through client and broker engagement.


• Lead or support client and broker meetings, stewardship sessions and new business pitches.


• Promote Chubb’s multinational programme and captive fronting capabilities in the market.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in partnership with underwriters and sales teams.


• Support profitable growth through cross-sell, renewal strategy and opportunity conversion.


• Own service excellence across allocated accounts, including SLA management, query resolution and quality control.


• Ensure programmes are implemented and maintained to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, Chubb offices and other internal stakeholders.


• Support captive programme management, including RFPs, account servicing and alternative risk structures.


• Work with Legal, Compliance, Credit Management and other specialist teams on technical and operational matters.


• Act as a technical focal point for multinational programme matters and support compliance with internal and external requirements.


• Contribute to the development of underwriting processes, protocols and service propositions.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer journey, operating model and SOPs.


• Coach, develop and support team members to ensure strong performance and alignment to Chubb values.


• Undertake other duties, projects or functions as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in underwriting, broking, multinational servicing or a related insurance leadership role.


• Good knowledge of multinational insurance programmes, captive solutions, fronting structures and the broking environment.


• Proven ability to be able to lead and influence members of a team.


• Proven ability to lead, motivate and drive a strong customer service culture within the team.


• Proven ability to act as a technical referral point in relation to Multinational Business


• Proven ability to manage Global Corporate Service Standards


• Expert in depth knowledge of Multinational Business


• Experience of servicing multinational insurance programmes is essential.
