Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a capable administrative support member to assist with backend tasks for the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).

You will handle appointment scheduling, provide pre-appointment instructions, and coordinate referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics, while supporting nursing and allied health teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Cross covering duties and ad hoc assignments will be required to maintain continuity of service and programme integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
