Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring to support the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP). You will perform backend administrative duties, schedule appointments, provide pre-appointment instructions, and help coordinate referrals to SOC. An entry to mid-level role with shift options: 8am–5pm Mon–Fri and 8am–12pm Sat, 44 hours/week, with occasional 7:30am starts.

Salary: NITEC $10.50/hour; Diploma $13/hour. Location: Eunos, Singapore.

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to.

Location: Eunos

Salary: N/O/A/NITEC - $10.50 / hour, Diploma - $13 / hour

Working hours:

8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 12pm (Every Sat)

Must be open to work as 7:30am on certain days. If start work earlier will end work earlier. 8 hours a day on weekday. 4 hours on Sat. (44 hours per work week)

Responsibilities

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
