Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a capable professional to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the RSME Collection & Recovery team, ensuring smooth execution of collection, recovery, restructuring, and portfolio management activities.

The role involves managing SME retail loan restructuring cases, including document collection, credit assessment support, case administration, reporting, and implementation of approved restructuring arrangements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in SME Banking, Credit, Loan Administration, Collections, Recovery, or Restructuring.
• Strong analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Support recovery processes by administering litigation actions, filing PODs, tracking legal recovery cases, and facilitating eligible write-off submissions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for legal proceedings and monitor progress of each proceeding.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to facilitate timely case resolution.
• Prepare periodic management reports, including monthly ESG portfolio reports and other management reports.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and supporting regulatory and operational requirements.
• Manage and process SME retail loan restructuring cases.
