Job summary

RSM Singapore is seeking a capable professional to assist in the day-to-day administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, schemes of arrangement and debt restructuring.

Responsibilities include drafting letters and reports, securing books and records, tracing assets, adjudicating creditor claims, and assisting in financial reviews and proposals. Collaboration with managers and partners is advised.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Law or ISCA-recognised qualification

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft letters, notices, emails and reports
• Secure, index and safekeep books and records
• Take control of assets and follow with realisation/debt recovery
• Gather information from client and third-party records
• Adjudicate creditors' claims
• Assist in financial review and restructuring proposals
• Liaise with stakeholders and creditors
• Participate in client/creditor meetings and minute-taking
• Provide timely guidance to junior team members
• Support departmental and organizational objectives
