Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, seeks an Experienced Individual Contributor in Business Development and Partnerships to grow MariBank's SME & Corporate Banking. You will prospect, acquire and manage SME loan partnerships, oversee loan applications, and coordinate with risk and credit teams to drive portfolio growth with prudent risk controls.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in SME loan product sales or credit

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in SME loan sales or credit analysis.
Strong understanding of business financials and credit fundamentals.
Experience engaging with key decision-makers and lenders is preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and acquire SME loan partnerships through referrals, networking, and events.
End-to-end management of SME loan applications, approvals, and portfolio maintenance.
Collaborate with credit and risk teams to balance growth with risk mitigation.
Analyze P&L levers of SME loan portfolio and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct CDD and KYC, ensuring MAS regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
