Job summary

Sanofi Singapore is seeking a Project Manager – Smart Factory to lead deployment of digital manufacturing initiatives at the Modulus site in Tuas. You will drive end-to-end Smart Factory projects, align with global core models, and provide technical leadership for MES, Data Historian, OT connectivity, and related IMS efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Smart Factory projects from planning through implementation and deployment, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope and budget.
• Own overall project planning, schedule, cost, scope, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead governance and stakeholder communication across site and global teams.
• Partner with users to define requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Drive user adoption and change management for successful implementation.
• Manage project priorities and backlog to focus on critical deliverables.
• Build effective execution routines with regular progress reviews and action follow-ups.
• Provide technical leadership for end-to-end manufacturing system integration and connectivity.
• Lead MES-related implementation for new products, production setups, CAPAs, and upgrades.
• Configure, optimize and support MES, Data Historian and OT connectivity systems.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy within MES and Data Historian.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues to minimize downtime and improve IMS performance.
• Support deviation investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure site implementation aligns with global architecture and technical standards.
• Enable knowledge transfer and coaching to build site capability.
