Job summary

Sanofi in Singapore is seeking a senior Head of Engineering & Projects for the Modulus site to lead Tier 3 capital projects, process engineering and automation across biopharma operations. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, ensure GMP/compliance, and partner with global SMEs to advance feasibility, design, procurement, construction and C&Q.

This role requires 10+ years in project management and hands-on DeltaV automation experience, with a track record delivering large-scale facilities

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in PM, C&Q and process engineering in biopharma or API manufacturing.
• GxP experience and regulatory knowledge (GMP)
• Degree or Master in Engineering
• Hands-on leadership with on-floor guidance
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and monitoring large-capex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier3 capex projects on site
• Drive site Capex committees
• Oversee evaluation and prioritization of site projects and process improvements
• Decide on initiation and funding of capital projects
• Provide feasibility evaluation and front-end studies input
• Provide process engineering technical support for Manufacturing
• Coordinate with Site Master Plan and Strategy Planning
• Manage project execution work packages and contract management
• Own end-to-end deliverables for T3 projects from design to C&Q
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Collaborate with global SMEs to upgrade standards and best practices
• Select and manage external contractors meeting HSE and Quality standards
• Staff Site Engineering and Project teams as needed
• Coordinate T1 & T2 project integration to site routines
• Mentor and develop engineering professionals
