Job summary

Sanofi Tuas Singapore is seeking a Senior Biotechnologist, Manufacturing to join the pioneer shift team. You will participate in commissioning, qualification and regulatory readiness, while performing GMP manufacturing activities and driving continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facility.

The role emphasises collaboration across upstream, downstream and central manufacturing services, with a twelve-hour rotating shift including weekends as the facility scales in mid-2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in relevant field with extensive biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years (Bachelor) or 5+ years (Diploma) in biologics/vaccines manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP operations and digital/automation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commissioning and qualification activities for equipment and systems.
• Execute routine GMP manufacturing activities with adherence to quality standards.
• Lead training for team on workflows and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and regulatory readiness.
• Support continuous improvement and data-based decision making.
• Investigate deviations and minimize impact on product/schedule.
