FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple squads. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure adherence to agile principles while partnering with Product Owners and technical leads to align on priorities and timelines.

This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record delivering complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks that impact team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Timeline Management & Coordination

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and external vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure timely and successful execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and initiatives from planning through successful implementation.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
