Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile practices across cross-functional teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement to deliver reliable software outcomes.

The ideal candidate has proven Scrum Master experience, strong knowledge of Agile, and excellent communication. Certification (CSM/PSM) and familiarity with Kanban or Lean are a plus; experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
