Job summary

Espire Infolabs Pvt. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced delivery lead to drive Agile maturity across squads and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

You will coach teams, identify blockers, and promote a culture of transparency and continuous learning while guiding end-to-end delivery from inception to implementation. • Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks impacting team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning and improvement.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.
• Open to work in Singapore.
