RAFFLES EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced chef to prepare and cook dishes according to the menu in a fast-paced Singapore kitchen.

You will maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, processing equipment, and utensils while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of chef experience and a Food Hygiene Certification, with strong communication and teamwork, a cheerful attitude, and the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as chef.
Food Hygiene certification required.
Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
Cheerful and self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Able to work night shift and split shift.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook assigned dishes for serving according to the menu.
Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
Process all food according to company and government regulatory control.
Able to fill in any area of kitchen at any time.
Keeping utensils and equipment clean and sanitary.
Remove trash and manage storage bins.
Ensure safe operation of all equipment and report faults immediately.
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
