Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools for cutting and shaping wood.
• Experience building frameworks, walls, and roof framing.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and specs to determine dimensions and layouts.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, shape, and smooth materials.
• Construct and erect walls, floors, doorframes, windows, stairs, and roof framing.
• Fit and install cabinets, siding, drywall, insulation, molding, and doors.
• Assess and repair damaged structures and perform reinforcements.
• Follow local building codes and maintain a hazard-free site.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
