Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as carpenter.
• Strong carpentry techniques and construction methods.
• Proficient with electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Team leading experience for Senior Carpenter.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to grasp requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate material quantities.
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and materials according to measurements.
• Build window frames, doors, stairs and frames from raw materials or pre-constructed items.
• Lay out flooring, roofing or drywall to ensure level and compatible.
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and install them.
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures.
