in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor with 3-5 years' experience to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and method statements, and coordinate with subcontractors and project team. You will monitor progress, conduct inspections, uphold MOM/BCA safety regulations, maintain site records, and assist in material planning and logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and safety regulations (e.g. MOM / BCA – if in Singapore).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in HDB / BTO projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction works.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project team.
• Monitor work progress and report site status to Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and site problems promptly.
• Prepare and maintain site records, daily reports, and progress reports.
• Assist in material planning, ordering, and site logistics.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections with authorities when required.
