Job summary

JO CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor for construction projects in Singapore. The role involves supervising site crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety policies, and coordinating with clients to maintain strong relationships.

The candidate must be prepared for long hours, weekend/Public Holiday work when required, and active involvement in site inspections and planning for safety, health, and environmental practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise site crews and subcontractors.
• Good communication and leadership to supervise workers.
• Plan workers schedules, control costs, and ensure safety, health and environment on projects.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work construction projects and long hours.
• Must work Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays if required.
• Site work and attend inspections with RTO.
• Supervise performance of site crews and subcontractors.
• Plan for workers schedules, control costs, implement and develop Safety, Health and Environmental for the projects, and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy.
• Possess good communication and leadership quality to supervise workers.
