Job summary

Heptamax International Limited is seeking an engineering student or entry level candidate to support on-site operations in Singapore. You will monitor product performance, identify issues and respond with guidance from our technical team.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, basic troubleshooting, and clear communication of incidents. A minimum three-month commitment on-site in Singapore is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the product's daily operation and performance at the assigned site.

• Provide basic troubleshooting and help resolve on-site technical issues under the technical team's guidance.
• Promptly report unexpected incidents, equipment faults or abnormal performance, and coordinate the required support.
• Liaise with site personnel and our internal team on operational matters.
• Assist with product testing, adjustments and maintenance where required.
• Follow site safety procedures and escalated any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Prepare brief daily updates and incident reports.
