Job summary

Heptamax International Limited is seeking an engineering student or fresh graduate to support on-site operations in Singapore. You will monitor product performance, identify issues and respond to incidents with guidance from the technical team.

The role involves routine checks, basic troubleshooting, reporting incidents, and daily updates. Candidates should be actively pursuing or have completed an Engineering diploma or degree and be able to work on site in Singapore.

About the Role

We are looking for an engineering student or fresh graduate to support our on-site operations in Singapore. You will monitor our product’s performance, identify technical issues and respond to unexpected situations, with support from our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the product’s daily operation and performance at the assigned site.


• Conduct routine checks and maintain records of performance, faults and downtime.


• Provide basic troubleshooting and help resolve on-site technical issues under the technical team’s guidance.


• Promptly report unexpected incidents, equipment faults or abnormal performance, and coordinate the required support.


• Liaise with site personnel and our internal team on operational matters.


• Assist with product testing, adjustments and maintenance where required.


• Follow site safety procedures and escape any unsafe conditions immediately.


• Prepare brief daily updates and incident reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or a related discipline.


• Engineering students seeking practical experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Able to work on site in Singapore.


• Interested in hands-on technical work, with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Responsible, observant and able to communicate issues clearly.


• Able to follow instructions, take initiative and seek technical support when needed.


• Relevant project, laboratory or internship experience would be an advantage.
