Job summary

Teambuild Construction Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead site activities and coordinate subcontractors on a Singapore-based construction project. You will oversee task execution, ensure collaboration among teams, and drive timely completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in project coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules.
Motivate and control workforce to perform assigned tasks effectively.
Enforce adherence to procedures, standards, and guidelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Verify subcontractors execute work according to approved shop drawings, submissions, and checklists.
Attend site meetings and resolve issues with main contractors or consultants.
Implement and monitor safety and environmental procedures on site.
Manage cost and quality to minimize wastage and rework.
Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
